This building follows the pattern of the most common typology found in the historic center of Pamplona.
Structurally, it consists of a multi-story building featuring a framework of local timber, supported across six levels by solid brick walls extending up to the roofline.
Within the constraints of a Gothic-era plot—where access to air and light is limited to the extremities—the site is endowed with a small interior courtyard that introduces the possibility of cross-ventilation. Nevertheless, the reliance on the limited facades remains absolute. The scope of the project included the installation of an elevator and the removal of architectural barriers at the entrances to the residential units.
