The accidental colapse of the whole internal ceiling during a storm allowed us to witness what seemed to be the remains of the absidal window of a previous gothic layout of this church. Later on, we were able to reach its height and through the scaffolding. After removing loose bricks and plaster additions approximately 1/3 of this window was revealed, and after some studies confirmed its origin. Unfortunately the window can not be seen from the exterior and as a consequence there is no possibility of recovering the eastern natural light in the church.
